Free Webcasts How do I register for a webcast?

1. Go to http://www.cfo.com/webcasts
2. Click on the title for the webcast you wish to sign up for
3. Click on the Register button
4. Enter your contact information
5. Click Submit
6. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.

You will receive instructions for attending the webcast prior to the live event date.

Viewing Webcasts

How do I view the webcast?

The Webcast software requires access to the Internet with one of these Java-enabled Web browsers:

• Internet Explorer 6.0 with SP1, or higher (IE 7, etc.)
• Safari 1.3, Safari 2.0
• Mozilla 1.7

Sound for the webcast should come in over your computer speakers. If you do not have computer speakers, or have any trouble with the online audio, you will want to have a separate phone line for the backup audio connection.

You will receive an e-mail message, closer to the event of the webcast, which will provide web page links where you can test your browser for the appropriate configuration.

Will my questions be answered during the webcast?

Questions will be answered during the time allocated for the webcast. We will try to answer as many questions as possible during the live event. Priority will be given to questions of general interest to the entire group. Any questions unanswered during the live event are usually answered via e-mail afterwards.

Can I still log in and participate if I am late?

Yes, you can log in at any time of the webcast.

Cancellations

How do I cancel my webcast registration?

1. Go to http://www.cfo.com/webcasts
2. Find the title of the event you're registered for
3. Click on the Cancel Registration button

What if a webcast is cancelled/changed?

CFO.com reserves the right to make changes to the program when necessary. Should CFO.com need to cancel a scheduled course/event, it will provide ample notification of course cancellations and/or revised program agendas.
